Welcome to the Good Vybez Only Pop Up Party, hosted by UnChained Culture! We are excited to work with you. Here is the information that you need to get started:
1. Please fill out this online application. If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to our FAQ page or email email@example.com
*Please note: completing this form does not guarantee you a space at Good Vybez Only Pop Up Party, booth location or booth size. Acceptance will be based on meeting criteria and based on need in categories.
2. Pay the $10 non-refundable application fee (PER EVENT). We will not consider any unpaid applications. *IF ACCEPTED, THE $10 FEE WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR BOOTH FEE. 3. Sit tight and give us some time to review all applications. We will not review any applications while the application period is open (2/12-3/5). *Applications are due by 3/5 but will remain open after the due date. Once the due date has passed, you will automatically be added to the waitlist and we may not be able to confirm your application.
4. Approval/waitlist emails will go out on 3/6/2019. If accepted, you will be emailed a copy of our Vendor agreement (via docusign) and an invoice (invoice will come from Wave Payments). Please pay your invoice and sign the vendor agreement by 3/18/2019. Your booth will be given to the next on the waitlist if we do not receive both your payment + signed vendor agreement by 3/18.

*Retailers must list their resale brands in comments
*Booth Payment does not include any rentals - i.e. pipe & drape, a table, chairs, or table cloth, etc.
